Backup Meals

When you begin to cook most of  your gluten free meals, you will quickly realize how far you’ve come to being prepared. You can try a completely new cuisine or dish with confidence, because you have a backup replacement.

Gluten free pizzas, pot-stickers, frozen single dinners and more are in abundance in the grocery stores and can be saved as a backup as well as any homecooked leftovers you may have created 😉

The same goes for “something sweet”; when trying a new recipe, or just to keep something handy that you know is safe – such as those homemade GF banana bread muffins you made and froze over the weekend. Something you can be proud of, with tummy satisfied!
